Carrie grew up on an upstate NY farm. She, her husband Nick and their two beautiful daughters now live in Collegeville, PA. Carrie earned a PhD in microbiology from the University of Virginia where she studied DNA damage and repair mechanisms. When Carrie was introduced to JuicePlus+ in 2010, she immediately wanted to share it with everyone, and completed the 10-1-10 program. The Team Story

Duane McCarthy, a National
Marketing Director with NSA / Juice Plus+®, started his journey towards wellness and prevention in 1993. NSA introduced him to Juice Plus+®, a new concept in whole food nutrition, at a leadership conference in San Diego. At that time, Duane owned and operated a landscape architecture company with 22 employees in Southeastern, Pennsylvania. Since then, Juice Plus+® positioned Duane as an early leader in the healthcare and prevention arenas, and he has established a team of well-respected and talented leaders in these emerging markets. As a National Marketing Director with NSA / Juice Plus+®, he was also responsible for the international expansion into South America, as well as the Juice Plus+® partnership with the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education. Today, Team McCarthy consists of committed professionals who are improving health and changing lives throughout the US and around the world.
